Desire Oyster Bar, a New Orleans icon, offers a unique culinary experience on Bourbon Street. Located within our hotel’s lobby, the restaurant welcomes guests with its iconic Broadway-style marquee. Inside, guests can savor fresh Gulf oysters and other delectable dishes in a stylish setting that blends historic charm with modern design.
